Who Are We?

AFSB has taken over the machining capacity inside LVIO Precision Sdn Bhd, an established and operating ISO/TS certified specialist casting & engineering business. The machining team has more than a decade of experience in machining Aluminium & Zinc castings.

While AFSB remains as the main machining service provider to support LVIO production, the transfer of expertise will allow AFSB to build & expand its capability & capacity, on an existing base load of MNC and domestic customers.

Located in Penang, AFSB is well placed to serve the growing manufacturing clusters in the area and surrounding region.

The Team

Nick Koh graduated with an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from University College London (UK) in 2015, and a Diploma in Financial Management from Kaplan Singapore. He worked for a boutique Building Services Engineering company, before moving on to project consulting for a public listed Malaysian Technology group. There, he worked on projects across Logistics, Insurance, Telco, Digital Advertising & Vending industries. Nick joined the AFSB team in Feb 2021 as Project Director, to strategise and drive a 5-year growth plan.

Holding Company

Artifex Faber Sdn Bhd is 80% owned by Pelita Niagamas Sdn Bhd (PNSB), an investment holding company that has extensive experience in managing production & manufacturing facilities.

AFSB’s CNC capability joins the already comprehensive portfolio of PNSB to provide an added layer of service to valued customers worldwide.

PNSB also owns 68% of GeShen Corporation Berhad (GSCB), a main Board listed company with a market capitalization in excess of RM160mil.

LVIO Precision Sdn Bhd provides Aluminium & Zinc die-casting production for different industries, ranging from Automotive & Aerospace, to Power Tools & Medical devices.
